Starting out..

Spent a couple of hours yesterday learning the basic ins and outs of the IT world of a councillor. Received an iPad for council business which is a much more environmentally friendly way of receiving the many memos and information packages sent to council. Even though I consider myself to technologically proficient it took me a while to master the system. I viewed on line presentations from the senior staff of the township and look forward to working with and learning from them. I look forward to this Saturdays tour of all the facilities of the township.
